About
BEN EVES, MASTER BUILDER
With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Ben Eves has worked as a Carpenter, Leading Hand and Project Manager in both residential and commercial construction in London
and Sydney.
His time working with renowned Architect and Builder Oliver Steele and the landmark passiveness project, 88 Angel St. (the first passiveness-certified apartments in the southern hemisphere) founded his interest in large-scale architectural developments that can also be eco-conscious. Ben Eves Building was founded in July 2018 to carry this knowledge of passiveness and passion
for main quality workmanship in the renovations and rebuilds of coastal nomes on Sydney Northern Beaches.
A Client led approach has ensured practical and aesthetic goals are exceeded, while open communication with regard to variations in design ideas, or budget constraints have ensured that the very best outcome for all parties is achieved.
Working with critical architects and a selection of suppliers and trades have seen Ben and his team secure projects for four years now, based purely on referral alone. Ben Eves Building is a member of the Home Industry Association (HIA) and the Master Builders Association (MBA).
